Appliances

To help you use the appliances without any issues, you will find the main operating instructions on the kitchen countertop. Here is a brief overview:

Washing Machine: You will find detergent and instructions for the washing programs labeled on the machine.

Air Conditioning: The remote control for the air conditioning is located on each bedside table in the bedrooms. Please turn off the air conditioning when you are not at home and keep the windows closed when it is in use.

Heating: The ideal temperature is already set for your comfort.

TV: The TV remote control is located in each bedroom on the bedside table. Press the power button on the remote to start. Use the remote to navigate through the channels.

Safety

Emergencies:

  • 112 Police: For any security emergency.
  • 118 Medical Emergency: For medical emergencies.
  • First Aid: A first aid kit is available in the bathroom.
  • Fire Extinguisher: Located in the entrance.

Helpful Tips:

  • Please close windows and doors when using the air conditioning.
  • For greater security, do not forget to lock the entrance door when you go out.

Waste Management

In Bologna, recycling is essential and we take it very seriously. You will find several bins in the storage closet, easily identifiable by type of waste:

  • Organic
  • Paper
  • Plastic and metals
  • Non-recyclable

We will take care of removing non-recyclable waste from the house, or we will provide you with a magnetic card for opening the public container designated for this type of waste.

Electrical Interruption Management

In case of a power outage, you can find the electrical panel inside the apartment in the tall white cabinet located near the exit door. If the problem does not resolve or if there is a general power outage in the building, the main meter is located in the lobby of the house.

To access the main meter:

    • Open the cabinet behind the mailboxes.
    • You will find two types of meters: a main meter and a smaller one positioned above the main meters.
    • The meter for Casa Lilli is identified with the number 3.
